Weekly Media Project Overview
Here you will find all of our weekly media projects, categorized into visual, written, video, audio, and design elements. You are to complete one of each category by the end of the semester, but you must complete one assignment every other Monday. Try to work towards your personal interests and those that you believe you will be able to apply to your work on staff this semester. Submit your assignments to your own Weebly every other Monday by 4 PM (when Ms. K will grade them). Your project must include a 500 word rationale for what creative processes you took and why.

A Note on Grading:
In order to gain practical experience with remix concepts and the potential of these texts, these projects will likely require you to learn to use some basic photo, audio, and film editing programs.
Ideally, these projects will be technologically, critically, and creatively challenging, but not to the point where they are too difficult to complete. Where appropriate, I will provide you with assistance and resources. The most important thing to note is that the grading for these projects will be on:
1. Quality of final product
2. Evident effort
3. Strong explanation and analysis of technique
